The awards ceremony, held at the Marriott Hotel in London’s Canary Wharf, was a heart warming celebration of those who make a real difference in the care sector. For Musical Moments, the night was a proud milestone — a moment to pause, smile, and celebrate the countless connections they've nurtured through music.
