Our story began with Beckie, who was inspired to create Musical Moments after experiencing first hand the incredible impact music had on her Nana as she lived with dementia. Music opened doors to joy, connection, and communication at times when words alone couldn’t—and from that spark, Musical Moments was born.
My own journey started years later as a Franchisee in York. I was drawn to the vision of bringing live music to those who need it most, and I quickly saw the magic for myself: the smiles, the memories, the sense of belonging that music creates. Today, I’m proud to own and lead Musical Moments as Managing Director, alongside a growing team of talented, dedicated musicians across the UK.
What drives us is simple but powerful: the belief that music is an essential part of living well. Every song, every session, and every franchisee who joins our family carries that same passion forward.
Our values remain at the heart of everything we do—being personal, ethical, and honest. As we continue to grow, my mission is to empower more musicians to share this gift, reaching communities far and wide with meaningful, high-quality music experiences.

What We Offer You
Your Exclusive Territory
Gain your own dedicated business territory centered around your chosen location, encompassing a minimum of 100 care homes. This means the Musical Moments team are never in competition with each other
Equipment and Content
We kit you out with the essential tools and knowledge to deliver your sessions. A kit box full of joy - our Award winning session plans, playlists, and a detailed activity guide, props and instruments.
Comprehensive training
We will set you up for success straight away both in the delivery of your sessions and the day to day running of the business. You'll spend two full days with our Director and leave feeling inspired and ready to go! Training is then ongoing with optional monthly virtual sessions and guest speakers at our annual event!
Marketing Support
Jumpstart your business with all the physical marketing materials you need, including professionally designed branded flyers, business cards, pens, posters, and more. We manage all of your online marketing and promotion through our website and social media platforms, so you don't have to, boasting a combined follower base of over 6000 across platforms.
A Network
While you run your own business, you're not on your own. We have a wonderful network of likeminded musicians who support each other all the way. From the WhatsApp group and social events to the ongoing support from head office, there's always someone there for you.
Industry Expertise
We are an award winning enterprise with a wealth of industry experience and knowledge. There's no need to start anything from scratch as we have detailed templates for all aspects of the business.
