FRANCHISE WITH US
your rewarding career delivering interactive music-based sessions in your community is waiting...
Musical Moments was born from Beckie’s own personal experience with dementia; her Nana was living with dementia at the time and she discovered the amazing effect music had on her communication, happiness and general well-being.
the organisation has now grown to a team of franchisees across the UK and has discovered a great demand for the service. every element of the company and the brand has been hand-crafted by our small but passionate team, making our core values personal, ethical and honest.
THE CAREER WE CAN OFFER TO YOU TO
established in 2011, we know that our format at Musical Moments is a proven and successful model: we currently have 15 franchisees and 6 staff members.
we are frequently contacted by care homes across the UK for our services, but unfortunately due to the nature of the work, locality is essential. this is why we operate our franchise model and Musical Moments needs you. we’ve spent the last few years constructing and perfecting a business model that we want to be able to replicate so we are able to provide more music to older people across the UK and fulfil the demand we currently have.
I joined Musical Moments in October 2018 because I wanted a job that was going to be flexible where I could be my own boss, but have support when I needed it. Musical Moments has been a very positive experience for me because the team are always on hand if I need advice or support and it is really friendly too! I have so much fun I forget it's a job at all!
I can highly recommend the company to anyone thinking about taking the plunge.
Jilli Moult - North Nottingham & East Derbyshire
I love being a Musical Moments franchisee because I have so much freedom - I can choose my hours to suit my needs and it’s a job that I can fit around my family commitments too.
But above all of that, it’s the most rewarding job I have ever had!
